The Rewards and Benefits Program is a fantastic online tool designed to help you get the most out of the money you work so hard to earn. Our user-friendly search engine is designed to locate exclusive discount offers available in your area, nationwide, and across the internet. This program is guaranteed to help save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a year on items ranging from pizza and movies to top end items like flat screen TV’s, cruises and vacations.
Once you activate your account, you'll have access to customized offers at www.rewards-and-benefits.com. You can also choose to receive email reminders letting you know when special merchant offers are available.
What is Online Activation?
If your employer has notified you that they have enrolled you in the Rewards and Benefits program, then all you have to do is visit www.rewards-and-benefits.com and activate your account to start saving money today.

Step #2: Activate Your Account
Activating your account is simple: locate your employee identification number on your paystub. Click the “New Members” button at the bottom of the Rewards-And-Benefits.com homepage. Complete your profile and create your password. That’s it, you are now ready to start saving!
Step #3: Print Out Your Temporary Rewards and Benefits Card.
Now that you’ve activated your account, we suggest you take a moment to print your temporary membership card. You will need this card when redeeming certain discounts. If you do not have a printer available, don’t worry. You can visit your “My Profile” tab at any time to print a copy of your card.
Step #4: Start Saving Money Today!

When will I receive my Rewards and Benefits card if I sign up online?
Our member cards are mailed out quarterly, and will be shipped by mail, 90 days after your activation date.

I can't print coupons
There are two possible reasons why you can’t print coupons: Scripting is disabled, or a Pop-Up Blocker is enabled.

TO DISABLE A POPUP BLOCKER
Pop-up blockers can interfere with the Print Coupon feature, and some browsers or toolbars may have more than one pop-up blocking tool installed.

  • To Allow Pop-ups for our site
    • Click TOOLS, then click INTERNET OPTIONS
    • Click the SECURITY tab
    • Click INTERNET, then click DEFAULT LEVEL
    • Click OK
  • To Turn off Pop-Up Blocking Completely
    • Click TOOLS > POPUP BLOCKER > TURN OFF POPUP BLOCKER
    • From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options and select the Privacy tab to confirm that "Block pop-ups" is unchecked and that your browser will accept all cookies.
For third-party toolbars such as Yahoo! Toolbar, Google toolbar, or a pop-up blocker installed, try disabling it. Under Tools choose Manage Add-ons, and then disable any add-ons that might be preventing our site from opening a new window.
If you use Google Toolbar and you prefer not to disable it entirely, you can turn off the pop-up blocking feature. Use the Options button on the right end of the toolbar to bring up the Toolbar Options dialogue box.
You may also configure pop-up blockers by adding both www.rewards-and-benefits.com and www.memberweb.com to the "allowed sites" list.
The Insurance page doesn’t appear when I click it.

How can I get help solving a problem with a retailer?
Should you ever encounter a problem with a participating retailer, please contact us by e-mail at member-support@rewards-and-benefits.net. With thousands of retailers worldwide, we are constantly adding and training new merchants. Many retailers with high employee turnover are constantly training their employees. If you encounter an employee that is not aware of our program or fails to honor the discount, we want to hear from you as soon as possible. In most cases, we can educate the new employee and resolve the problem before another member encounters the same problem. If you contact us by e-mail,we will reply and let you know what resolution was reached.
I am having a technical problem with the website that is not listed. How can I get help?

How do I search for discounts?
There are three ways to ways to find discounts:
The QuickSearch: The fastest way to find discounts is conveniently located on almost every Web page, and only a location is needed to display participating businesses and their offers.
The Advanced Search:Our robust, yet user-friendly search engine is designed to help you narrow-down and refine your search. This tool includes options not available from the QuickSearch, including the following: select a location from drop-down lists, search multiple categories, search for words or phrases, apply various filters, and more!
Saving by Category: View a list of national businesses offering discounts on their products or services. No matter where you are, or plan to be, these offers will save you money. Each page also defines the category and allows you to search for local (or non-national) offers in this category.
How do I sort the results of my search?
After performing the search, locate the sorting options in the gray bar located at the top and bottom of the search results. Click any of the following options:
Alphabetically: Sorts the results alphabetically by business name.
City:Sorts the results alphabetically by city.
Category:Sorts the results by category.
Distance:Sorts the results by distance from the location you entered (nearest retailer to furthest).
How do I find a specific business?
Go to the More Search Options and do the following:
  • In the "Location" section, type or select the area to search.
  • In the "Categories" section, choose the categories to search.
  • In the "Additional Preferences" section, find the Word Search box.
  • Type the business name into the box (and between quotes if more than one word).
  • Submit your search.
How do I find a specific business?
Follow the instructions under "How do I find a specific business?" (See above). The results will display multiple locations in the search area. You may also find the method below useful for displaying multiple locations:
  • Click the name of the business in the search results.
  • On the next page, locate the "Additional Info" section in the right column.
  • In the "Additional Preferences" section, find the Word Search box.
  • Click the "More Locations" icon above the address.
How do I find participating businesses near another business?
Follow the instructions under "How do I find a specific business?" (see above) to locate the first business, then do the following:
  • Locate the "Additional Info" section in the right column.
  • Click the "Search Nearby" icon above the address.

How do I activate my card?
Your card becomes active at the time of printing. When you receive your card in the mail, you can begin receiving discounts immediately.
Can I order extra membership cards for my family?
You may order additional cards for immediate family members living at your same address and for dependent children attending college. Simply email a Member Services Representative at member-support@rewards-and-benefits.net to order extra cards.
My card was lost or stolen. How can I replace it?
You may order a replacement card for $6.95 to cover materials, processing and postage (USA & Canada) by emailing a Member Services Representative at member-support@rewards-and-benefits.net
YOUR ACCOUNT
How do I log out?
Simply close the browser window or select the log-out option at the top of the site next to your name. Because your password is required to view any personal information, logging on to the site does not mean your information is accessible by others. Once you have entered your password, however, you will not need to enter it again during the same session. In addition, your account will log out automatically if the computer is idle (or not used) for more than 20 minutes. If you use or are using a public computer, always close the browser when you are finished.
Can I update my e-mail and mailing address? How?
Yes, and please do! After logging in, click "My Profile" at the top of the page. Keeping your e-mail and mailing address current is very important because all local searches and listing of discounts in e-mail updates are based upon your ZIP/Postal Code. All member services, such as notifications, forgotten password retrievals and assistance are provided via e-mail as well.
I forgot my password! What should I do?
No problem. We can send it to the e-mail address in your profile. When logging in you will see an option for “Forgot Password”. Click there and follow the directions to retrieve your password.
Is my information private?
We respect your privacy! As a member of the Better Business Bureau, we pledge to meet the BBBOnLine Reliability standards for ethical online business practices. The information you provide allows us to protect the exclusivity of current members, as well as to personalize the savings discounts that are available to you and/or your organization. Your personal information is never sold or otherwise provided to third parties for any reason.
